"Clover: A High-sensitivity Polarization Instrument for CMB B-mode Observations"

The Clover collaboration (Cardiff Univ., Oxford Univ., The Cavendish lab, and Manchester Univ.) is now developing 2 millimeter telescopes for measuring the effects of primordial gravitational wave on the geometric properties of the polarization of the Cosmic Microwave Background. Clover will be operating at Llano de Chajnantor, in Northern Chile, under full remote control, from January 2009. It will measure a set of power spectra from l=50 to ~1000 by observations of low-foreground regions in the Southern sky.
