Ingestion into IDL: mkslloar.pro --> slodar.idl b) TMT (T3) DIMM: results.T3-Tololo.20041121 are raw data. Use expdimm.awk to convert to 3-column file 2004_11_21.T3dimm c) TMT MASS (T3mass): files like 041121.T3mass. Use expmass.awk to convert to multi-column file 2004_11_21.T3mass d) SODAR: data (yymmdd.mnd) in the directory prj/atm/sodar/tololo. Data analysis ------------------------------------------------ 2-1: Seeing comparison. Script slosee.sh, uses TMTres.awk and allmod.awk. The MASS data are filtered for glitches and corrected for over-shoots. 2-2: Ingest Slodar into IDL: mkslodar.pro, 'listslodar' --> slodar.idl 2-3: Ingest MASS and DIMM into IDL: mkmassdimm.pro, 'listmd' --> massdimm.idl The DIMM and MASS data are matched in time! 2-4. Plotting gray-scale SODAR profiles: plotslodar.pro Input params: mm, dd, Hmax --> 041125sloprof.ps (wide binary), 041125nbprof.ps (narrow binary). 2-5. Comparison of ground-layer seeing: glseeing.pro. Needs saved IDL data for MASSDIMM, SLODAR, SODAR. Results: 041128glsee.ps etc. 2-6. Profile comparison between SLODAR and SODAR: slosod.pro --> 041125slosod.ps. The version slosod.pro compares single profiles. Modify it to select and average UT range! 2-7.
