These directories contain IRAF scripts for performing reductions of IRS data taken with the cross-disperser or with a standard grating. Manuals, written in TeX, are included as well, both as postscript and TeX files.
The packages were written by Richard Elston originally, primarily for his personal use. We are not in a position to fully support the packages at this time but believe that at least they provide a model for the reduction process. In any case, I would like to receive comments from users reporting problems or suggesting ways to improve the package or the documentation.
