Sample articles for reporters - e.g. a well-written article in USA Today "Towns Direct Efforts to Clear Sky" (8/30/99), an article in the Washington Post (9/24/00), a feature article The Dark Side of Light in Audubon Magazine etc. Try also the introductory article by Andrew Bridges "Fighting to Save our view of Heaven" or one from NASA "The Fading Milky Way". Working-group member Pierantonio Cinzano's recent "First World Atlas of the Artificial Night-Sky Brightness" has attracted extra-ordinary world-wide press attention.
The Cerro Tololo web page has many links to english and spanish-language information on light pollution, including reproductions of early articles in the Chilean national and local press.
