** Hugo Schwarz is now President of Commision 50 for the period 2006-2009.
*** Richard Wainscoat is now chairman of the Working Group and Vice-President of Commission 50 for the period 2006-2009.
 * Malcolm Smith is now President of IAU Division XII for the period 2006-2009.  Commission 50 is part of Division XII.
Yvan Dutil and Dave Crawford will be leading the effort with Hugo Schwarz to propose a conference for 2008 to be held in Quebec.
