Crosstalk

A known issue with CCDs is that some charge from saturated stars can incorrectly be associated to a partner CCD.  Such crosstalk features are also seen in DECam images but can be easily removed, as nicely described here.

Here is the current crosstalk correction file used in the community pipeline.
