Problems:
DECam. System worked well. A new pointing map was installed which greatly improved pointing accuracy. However E-W tracking errors returned. These seem to be much worse in the North. At -5 deg Declination, the excursions on the guider strip chart were frequent, regular and up to +/- 2 arcsec. Corresponding images were indeed elongated E-W. The behavior got worse as the telescope rose from the E toward the meridian. Behavior improved at or near zenith and then much improved at -75 deg Declination where excursions seemed random and much smaller.
