Problems: 
DES team got stuck from around 23:45 through 2:00 am for problems with the SISPI. There was no connection with anything. At last minute, Ann was suggested to kill some zombie processes that she mentioned were hanging on observer1. We re-started SISPI and everything started working just fine.
