Problems: 

We had some few issues at the beggining of the night with the focus, the connection to the secondary mirror had to be reset at Zenith position. Then we had some issues with the read out that failed three times.  In the middle of the night, we had to reconnect the adaptive optics system at zenith.  Also All the calibration data taken in the afternoon and the data taken (STD star + arcs) at the beginning of the night are "corrupted". They do not have 2 extensions (1024x4096) but they have only one (2048x4096) with BITPIX=-32 . The data came back to a normal structure for the first 'science' target of the night. At the end of the night we had another read-out failure and it happened again when we used the ./HgAr_r2k.sh (like the first three times at the beginning of the night).
