config1 - configure the specified fiber

SYNOPSIS

       config1 id x y

DESCRIPTION

       This  function  is  much like procedure "configure" except
       that it takes as an argument  a  fiber  and  a  coordinate
       which  it passes on to the transition program. This proce-
       dure always leave unused fibers alone.
