IR sensors??

Hi Guys,
I know this is basically a CCD domain. But, does anyone have any info on the 
competition? ie. Anyone know about low-noise IR sensors- in the 5 e- noise 
region? (Single, or small-pixel arrays).
I'd be interested to hear. Thanks.
