EEV and latest Loral 3EB Spectral Response data

Hi Everyone,

I would be very interested in anyone's ideas regarding the thinned Loral
RGO data mentioned in Paddy's last message.  The data is inconsitant with
all measurements I have made or which have been reported to me by others
groups.  In particular, QE data taken in these different modes would be
useful.
