Your report of 0.4 electrons per 15 um pixel per hour is excellent news.
I have a comparable result on a per-unit-area-of-pixel basis from a
TK2048DB1-2 I recently put into service. It give 1.1 electrons/pixel/hour
at -105 degrees (168 kelvins).
I'm interested to know if the dark generation rate you measure is still a
function of temperature at the very low operating temperature you are using.
