Now that you mention it, we have designed an interlock into a new card 
we are just starting to test, which will switch the CCD temperature set 
point to ambient if the Nitrogen Flask temperature gets high enough that
release of frozen contaminants is imminent.

I have also implimented a cryogen expiry alarm which sounds very quickly
(5-10 minutes) after the last drop of liquid Nitrogen boils away, and yet
never gives false alarms.  Details on request.

You and I must be the only two in Chile who aren't on vacation this month!
