CCD Camera

We would like to buy commercialy available CCD camera with
chip size about 30-40mm. It could be 1k x 1k or 2k x 2k with
appropriate pixel size. It could be thermoelectrically cooled.
We would like to use such CCD camera with 1 meter telescope
in primary focus. The total price is up to 100.000 USD for
whole CCD camera (i.e. hardware & software for PC either DOS or
Windows (3.1, 95, NT)).
Could anybody help?
