Gradient on Loral Zero exp..

Hi CCD phreaks,
	I have just posted a couple of images on my problems Web page regarding
our Loral CCD. There is a zero and 1 sec exposure, the zero exposure shows a 
rather odd gradient effect over the 1st 300 pixels from the serial register. The 
1 sec exposure does not show this at all!! Both are 2148x2148 binned 2x2. Have a 
look see if you can think of anyhting. Theres a list of the things we have tried

There are 2 index images, pointing to gifs of the real thing.

Any suggestions (to do with the chip problem I mean) would be welcome....
