Eastman Kodak Company is producing a single chip CDS. We've just
ordered two of them. The part number is KASP-305M. It provides
CDS for up to three independent input channels. The data sheet
says linearity is >12 bits. 12 bits isn't good enough for
high performance science CCDs, but is probably adequate for
guide cameras and other less demanding applications. We'll be
testing these over the next several months.
Kodak may also make clock driver circuits, but I'm not sure.
