Panasonic CCD's

Hi folks

I know the following request belongs more to the amateur ccd lists,  but 
I have allready tried two of these with no response.

I would like to know if someone knows where to get data on the following CCD's.
These all came from National Panasonic camcorders.

The part no's are:

               45 FC 90 Z3

               62 FS 9N Z2

               25 FE 20A Z1

The last one has got the number 3725 MEC on the silicon as seen under a 
microscope.
