According to the Balzers 1996 catalogue, section E42 on lubricants:
	Mineral grease Apiezon 'M' 	VP < 10-7 mbar
	Silicone dow corning grease	VP <10-7
	Fomblin FU090/FM090 grease	VP <10-12

Thats all I know at present.
