A high speed readout CCD camera

The Calypso telescope is looking for a high speed readout CCD camera with 
approximately 1024 x 1024 pixels to use as a guider.  The critical 
specifications for the camera are:

1.  Low readout noise < 10 e-
2.  Programmable subframe readout of 64 x 64 pixels.
3.  Frame rates of 10 - 40 Hz
4.  A thinned device is desirable but not necessary.
5.  Camera head size smaller than 150 mm cube
6.  PC compatible interface

If anyone is familiar with any cameras and readout electronics which can 
meet these specifications, please let me know.
