F.O. video transmission

I am looking for a cheap solution to transmit and receive a CCIR analog
signal video (50 im/S) AND a TTL signal (the pixel clock) on a 100m
fiber optics. The application is to transmit the video signal from a
speckle-camera photon counting camera (cooled ICCD) from the cassegrain
bonette to a control-room some 100m away. I need this system to be very
small and independent of the camera or the computer. My budget is very
limited (~1000$).
