SWIR detectors

I asked people at the last SPIE conference if they wanted their own list for SWIR
Results were:

1, Most of the groups building SWIR cameras were from a CCD background and already
followed this list. They would have to read both.

2, Most of the questions on this list are about wiring / vacuum / cryogenic
problems
and apply equally to SWIR detectors.

I asked Tim if he wanted SWIR people to go away and have their own list but I seem
to remember that he was happy for us to hang around here.
