Since almost everyone these days seems to be mailing from a different
address than the one they use to register on CCD-world, I have changed
the list setup so that all submissions must be verified by myself.
This has the disadvantage that if you do post from the same address
you registered, you must also wait for me to pass the message on.
It has the advantage, however, that no-one need worry about an email
that was intended to be private going to the whole list.  (Well, I'll
see it, but I'm generally pretty discrete.)
