Off-hand, I would say Dalsa (in Canada) is you best bet, as they make a lot of TDI
and large CCDs, but both together might be a challange. Their web site is at

They tend to cater to the industrial imaging market, so you will have to space
qualify them yourself I expect. My guess is you have an earth observation
application that needs high resolution and also high SNR.
