Dear Jean Marc,
You can find all the information you are looking for (MPP mode,
inversion mode, back-side illumination, 3-phase transport, open-phase
pinning, virutal phase, etc.) in the book "Solid-State Imaging with
Charge-Coupled Devices", ISBN 0792334566, published by Kluwer Academic
Publishers, Dordrecht (NL). I know that the price of this particular
book is a little bit high, but the price setting is done by the
publisher. If the author had been able to fix the price, then it was
much .... ?????
Kind regards,
Albert Theuwissen.
