MPP mode

For educational purposes, I am looking for a good explanation of the MPP
mode in a back illuminated thinned CCD as well as for the inverted mode.

I am also looking for a sketch showing explicitly the MPP implant in a
backside CCD with 3 electrodes/pixel.


To avoid annoying this group with a basic question, you can redirect me to a
good reference.
