Vaccum material reference list

Is there a reference listing of the "best" materials to the "worst" materials
for Vaccum and high Vaccum? I used a reference book at my previous job
but had to leave it. I remember that any of the "INCONEL" is the best, then
stainless steel, aluminum,etc.
