Cold, anodized surfaces

Dear CCD-world,

Does anyone have any experience of the gettering (or otherwise)
properties of cold, anodized surfaces within a dewar (that is,
_not_ the inner surface of the outer shell, but parts of a cold
table, etc.)...?
