Coupling fiber optics window on a CCD

I work with frame-transfert CCD coupled with image intensifiers to make
photon-counting cameras. Some interesting CCD, with high frame rate and
large area are not provided with fiber optics window. Does anyone knows
how to couple the fiber optics, what type of glue (or liquid) to use to
avoid chemical contamination of the chip. 
I think I can imagine a mechanical arrangement to put the fiber optics
in good position during glueing, but if someone has made one I will be
happy to have the drawings.
