CCD on-chip gain vs temperature

Dear all,


As far as we know, the gain of the output stage does not change that
much as a function of temperature.  The capacitance of the output node
does not change.
Concerning QE : there is a dependence of QE with respect to temperature
because the absorption coefficient of silicon is temperature dependant. 
This can be found back in the reference of Sze : "Physics of
Semiconductor Devices".
