CCD-world: Web pages

The CCD-world web pages can now be found at:

	http://www.not.iac.es/CCD-world/

They are up-to-date and the archive is complete to 20 May.

During normal working hours in Spain, our bandwidth is less than
excellent.  However, CCD-world has little image content, so it should
be OK until I can find a high-bandwidth mirror site (any volunteers?).
If anyone wants me to add links or change existing ones, please let
me know.
