Hi Byeong-Gon,

> Is anybody there who has experience to clean a contaminated CCD surface?

I have been on vacation and did not read your CCD-world mail until now.
Using a method recommended by Mike Lesser, I have successfully washed
three thinned backside illuminated Loral 2k by 2k CCDs.
It basically consists of flushing the CCD in warm acetone and afterwards
isopropylalcohol, finishing off with blowing with dry air.
The process is described in:

Optical Detectors for Astronomy", proceedings of an ESO CCD
Workshop held in Garching, Germany on October 8-10, 1996
"Cleaning contaminated CCDs"

A more elaborate description is available in the report:

Kind regards,
Anton Norup Sorensen
