Look at our web site and you will see details of the CCD47-10.
[The data sheet on the www is for the frontside version however]
This is 1k*1k, 13 um pixels, available thinned, AIMO (MPP) or non-IMO.

However, the standard ceramic package is probably too large for your application- but certainly a chip with the required full-frame format exists.
Let me know if you're interested; we could discuss re-packaging, although there would be NRE costs involved.
