Hi Frank,

You might contact Paul Vu (paul.vu at lmco.com) at Lockheed Martin Fairchild
Systems regarding their 4kx4k CCDs.  We have seen some beautiful devices
from them.  We have run both the older 485 CCDs and the new low-noise 486
scientific device.

Dick Bredthauer (Semiconductor Technology Associates) has also made some
4kx4k devices bredthauer at home.com.
