Scott,

I hate to bother you about something that you already know about, but I was
going through a folder for another application and ran into the ILX526A.
It has 3000 pixels 7 x 200 microns.  I remembered your request.  Looks like
4% at 1000 nm from the plot.  

Looks like it comes pretty close to your spec. below.
