Hello - Regarding moisture; remember that as the internal atmosphere cools, 
it contracts.. thus it will inhale whatever is near the leak points, such 
as moisture. So, allow extra desiccant or provide a dry gas flush. 
Regarding reaching temp; if you can chill the exterior of the camera, the 
interior should cool that much lower, maybe even a 1:1 improvement. The 
gating factor would be ambient dew point (window fog), esp. in humid 
conditions.
