Take a look at the Analog part AD9240. I think you'll find that it's performance
is about as good as it gets for a 14 Bit 10 MSPS monolithic part. The effective
dynamic range is just under 13 bits. I don't know of any others out there right
now that can perform this well. Check it out.

The following was posted to CCD-world:
What is the favorite fast (10MHz minimum) 14-Bit A/D converter for CCD
applications these days? The choices used to be simple since there were
only one or two players in the game. Now there are enough options that
there are probably significant performance differences between the
various A/Ds that call themselves 14-Bit.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
