The 1:250000 Regular Charts that are listed below provided by the Instituto
Geografico Militar.
The Atlas Geografico de Chile,2 edition was used to find mines and cities
on the dark sky high resolution map mentioned above.
The International Dark-Sky Association
(IDA) provided a high resolution map of Chile at night, that was useful
in determining the major cities and mining sites.

information on different mining projects that are being developed in the
North of Chile.
