Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Hello- Very late start mainly due to the installing and adjusting of guiding camera and some to clouds. GRO1655 could not be observed for a second time for it was out of reach.
